Customer Part Numbers :For over 20 years we have linked customers own unique part numbers to our stock records. Although helpful, we have never depended on customers quoting our part numbers. We have the expertise, The Link option and fast integrated search systems to find those products you need ........fast. Once this is completed customers can benefit by using our advanced computer systems to reduce their overall purchasing costs. They can use their own part numbers when placing orders and have them printed on advice notes. Just ask any member of our Sales Team for details. We compile contracts and send complete on a specific date. Our systems log forward order dates, particularly useful if consumables are required on a weekly or monthly routine.

Quality : The policy of this Company, its Management and Employees is to uphold and implement all systems and procedures to conform to the specifications of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The Management expect all products supplied to meet in full, the requirements of Customers Orders and where possible such products will be obtained from Quality Assured sources. Satisfying Customer demand and the continual improvement of business systems are central to the way in which we conduct our business. British Assessment Bureau Certificate No. 202485, QMS achieved and maintained since July 1989.

Environmental Policy :We have reduced our paper usage by introducing several scanners. We are now sending out statements and invoices by e-mail. Documents that used to be copied are now scanned and sent by e-mail. We have facilities for recycling all portable batteries and ink cartridges. We have recycling paper bins in every office. Cardboard boxes are re-used or flat packed for recycling.

Health and Safety : During 2008, 30 of our staff participated in and, all passed a Health and Safety Course giving them all an NCFE Level 2 Certificate In Health & Safety

On-Line Ordering since 2002 : Lamberts installed its first computer system in 1983 and migrated to the Charisma Distribution Package in 1990. Continual investment has kept us to the forefront of Distribution Systems. Customers now receive their invoices and statements by e-mail or fax. On the 15th January 2002 we received our first on-line order through our integrated Web Site facility. Customers can purchase with a card payment or use their business account. Once registered and logged on customers can enquire on our stock position, view their special prices, place orders, check any back orders, see their account position and look up previous invoices. There are also many pages of useful technical information. For account customers to get connected just register on-line and your  login will be e-mailed to you.

Stockholding : We hold a large comprehensive stock of Industrial products. Our policy is to maintain the fullest range possible, not just the very popular items and to recognise those brand names which still represent a quality expected by the professional tradesman. On average we invoice over 12,000 items a month with stocked items normally being sent complete. We are members of various purchasing groups which  ensures competitive buying from major manufacturers. This policy keeps us competitive with National Distributors whilst retaining our independence. We are responsive to customers requirements and constantly review our stocks to suit their needs.

Delivery Service : Next Day Deliveries across the UK Packages and 3 metre lengths are delivered next working day throughout the UK via a contracted carrier. Our lorries deliver heavy goods, such as Tubes, Pallets, Cubes and Barrels. Our daily routine allows orders to be taken up to 5pm for delivery next working day. If you order Heavy Goods for delivery outside East Anglia our Transport Department will contact you regarding delivery times and any additional charges. East Anglia Delivery Area

Emergency Call Out : If you require the facilities of out of hours service then please register for our emergency service, this offers twenty-four hour service every day of the year, including Christmas Day.
