Huge congratulations to our joint MD Neill Ives who completed the gruelling 75-mile Tour de Broads cycle race at the weekend for Priscilla Bacon Hospice.
Not only did he finish the race in under five hours, he also smashed his £200 fundraising target by raising £1,500.
He said: " "I completed the race in 4hrs 55min in very hot conditions. It was a great day with over 3,000 cyclists taking in the sights of Norfolk."
The Tour de Broads route takes in the full Norfolk Broads, seeing more than 5 broads, 6 windmills and 10s of beautiful villages. Riders loop down south first then heading across towards the coast with your final stretch heading south back down to the finishing point at Little Plumstead.
If you didn't already know, we have chosen the wonderful Priscilla Bacon Hospice as our charity of the year. We have joined its corporate fundraising group, the 500 Club, and have been raising monies in a variety of ways.
